I heard one Christmas Eve, Santa and his reindeer were on their way across the US. Santa tells the reindeer which house to land at. But the 8 reindeer couldn't hear him as well this particular Christmas Eve due to the high winds. So what happened was, the reindeer landed Santa and his sleigh on the top of an outhouse. As they skidded to a halt you could hear Santa holler out, "I SAID THE SCHMIDT HOUSE!"
